Senior Healthcare
Architect: 2 opportunities Florida and Carolinas
We are looking for two Senior Level Architect to join our
client's team that are capable of leading a full design
team of architects and engineers to successfully produce a
healthcare architectural commission for a medium size hospital.
Must be capable of participating in the sales efforts to obtain the
client as well as be the primary architectural contact point for
the firm.
The Senior Healthcare Architect leads the architectural design
component of healthcare Design-Build projects, again participating
in the sales effort to obtain the project.
The estimated training and indoctrination period of 6 to 18 months
for the person to learn our Design Build process as well as adapt
their existing skills to our firm's approach to client service.
Reporting to this position are junior and intern architects,
production staff assigned per project based on size. Projects are
located mostly in close geographic location so estimated travel is
approx 1 night every 2-3 weeks.
Requirments:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture
NCARB Registration
10 years of healthcare design experience
Membership in American College of Healthcare Architects is a
plus
Ability to design on CAD is required BIM is a plus
